My radio commercial production background has helped me understand voiceover from inside the business, and I’ve remained a student of voiceover since my voice acting career kicked off in 2007. I’ve continued to take workshops and classes, including 5 years of improv, to grow my skill sets and stay current with VO trends.

Knowing how to adapt my performance to connect with the intended audience also allows me to present your business or academic information in a way your learner feels engaged, at ease, and enjoys the learning process.

My audiobook work spans a dozen years, over 150 books, nearly all of them for major publishers. My vocal range, acting chops and improv background create a wealth of dynamics to pull from in my performance.  Over the years, I’ve been busy finding my sweet spots in narration with work in my favorite genres. I was nominated for an Audie in 2022 for The Seven Day Switch  (humor), I won the Independent Audiobook Awards 2019 Best Paranormal Audiobook for I Was A Teenage Weredeer (campy humor and full of puns) and that 2023 IBPA Best Fiction winner I mentioned was ReInception (YA, dystopian, fantasy.) I also really enjoyed an LGBTQ romance I recorded last year, Hers for the Weekend. Samples of these can be found on the left.

I love working with indie authors! I work with publishers and producers and also independently produce fully retail-ready audiobooks. Please use the contact form to reach out with information and, if applicable, a link to the book listing online. It’s helpful to have additional information about what’s entailed in the narration (plot summary, accents, dialects, etc), and any deadlines you’re working with.
